Minimalist/ambient music project of musician/filmmaker Douglas Em (b. 1961, Nashville, TN). Em privately released five cassette-only albums from 1982 to 1995, first as a student at the University of South Carolina and later as a teacher at several colleges in the Pacific Northwest. Magritte Records is delighted to reissue all five original cassettes on vinyl, with remastering by Mr. Em himself.
